What exactly is an “instance”?

An instance is one OpenClaw deployment for one of your end users. Each instance runs in its own isolated environment with auto-scaling resources, its own config and its own data. You create and manage instances through our API.

What support is included?

Every plan includes standard support. The AI support agent add-on provides automated L1 support via Telegram or WhatsApp: instant responses, automatic diagnostics, and smart escalation to your team when needed.

What happens when an instance crashes?

Our system detects crashes in seconds and triggers automatic recovery with exponential backoff. If standard recovery fails, it runs diagnostics and config repair automatically. Your clients typically never notice.

How does authentication work for my end users?

You use API keys from your backend, then generate scoped instance tokens for each end user. These tokens give limited access to a single instance. Perfect for embedding in your own frontend.

Where are instances hosted?

Distributed infrastructure across Europe, the United States, and Asia, with multiple providers for redundancy. All EU data stays GDPR-compliant.

How is billing calculated?

Per instance, per day, pro-rated. If you create an instance on the 15th and delete it on the 20th, you pay for 5 days. Billed monthly via Stripe with full transparency in your partner dashboard.

Can we keep our own infrastructure?

Yes. We offer a software-only deployment where our platform runs on your machines. You keep full control of your infrastructure while benefiting from auto-healing, crash detection, resource optimization and the management dashboard.
